Exhibition Stand Installation in Albania
Our experienced installation team carefully erect your stand using the same exacting standards we adopt through every stage of our business. Your appointed project manager will oversee the whole operation to ensure your stand is personally delivered at the agreed time.
Together with the installation of the main structure, flooring, lighting and electrics, we also install your graphics, arrange any hired furniture and clean the stand thoroughly in preparation for you to arrive and dress your stand.
Once the event has concluded, our team return to the venue allowing you to remove only your stock and depart. The stand will be carefully dismantled and transported back to our premises where this will be placed into storage until your next event.
What to expect from our exhibition installation support ?
We like to ensure that all of your needs are catered for, so we provide the following exhibition installation services to our clients:
- Full Installation & Breakdown – you will have advance notification of the build & dismantle schedule and will be provided with a dedicated build contact in case of any queries during the build or dismantle periods
- On site or on call assistance if required during the open days of the show – you may like to have the reassurance that one of our installers is on hand just in case, alternatively we will always be on the end of the phone in case you have any questions
- Official hand over to client after build up – in advance of the build your account manager will agree a time and day that the stand should be ready for you to arrive and to sign it off.
- Post show de-brief – your account manager will contact you after the event to ensure everything went well and to discuss your future exhibiting requirements.
